Job Description
Responsibilities:
Maintain USRAP Program Risk Register and lead internal control reviews Review Travel Loan scripts forFCRA/FDCPA
compliance Monitor legal and regulatory requirements and coordinate audit responses Monitor fraud risks and triage fraud reports Advise on internal controls and support corrective actions Provide training on risk, compliance, and internal controls Safeguard data confidentiality and represent IOM in meetingsQualifications:
Master's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Law, or related field plus 7 years experience; or Bachelor's degree plus 9 years experience 5+ years in risk management, compliance, or audit, preferably in international organizations or USRAP Experience in internal controls, SOPs, audits, fraud risks, risk registers, and donor compliance Strong analytical, coordination, and prioritization skills Fluency in English requiredSimilar remote jobs
