Maintain flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings as needed to attend meetings or out-of-town conferences Broad general knowledge of structure, functions, and activities of a general acute care hospital Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people Strong written and verbal business communication skills Skilled in developing and delivering group presentations, including use of creative visual and teaching aids Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint Experience in quality improvement activities required Minimum of 3 years of experience with management responsibilitiesQualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, master's preferred. Quality experience required.
