Janitorial Worker

Responsibilities Must not be a Donor At CSL Plasma, Conflict of interest

Daily:

Empty wastebaskets & trash, replace liners, spot clean bins Vacuum carpets and dust mop hard surface floors Wet mop hard surface floors Dust furnishings and horizontal surfaces (including high/low areas) Clean and sanitize restrooms, polish fixtures, mirrors, and spot clean partitions/walls/doors Spot clean lobby glass

Weekly:

Sanitize restroom floor traps Dust ceilings, fans, vents, and registers Sanitize restroom doors, partitions, and walls

Monthly:

Scrub epoxy, restroom, and Gerfloor floors (UT scrubber)

Quarterly:

Scrub & buff VCT floors Strip and wax VCT floors

Annually:

Clean interior and exterior windows (store frontage) Pressure wash exterior concrete/hardscape Qualifications Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, but not required Ability to follow detailed cleaning instructions Strong attention to detail and reliability Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for long periods Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or as scheduled
