Full Job Description Job Purpose:

Reports directly to the AZT MNC Credit Intelligence Director. In the region, leads the team of Program Credit Managers, steers the program profitability and development and manages the risk portfolio. Works together with the Regional Distribution Director and the Region (core) to implement the risk strategy and strengthen AZT NPS. and works with Regional Program Risk Managers (PRM) in symbiosis with the Regional / Local BU Risk Directors and the local Risk teams in the management of all risk issues under the MNC World Program (AZT WP). Responsible for the MNC global and regional loss ratio Key Responsibilities "•With Sales Manager design and implementation of World Programs With RAD and Account Manager, designs the structure and implements the renewal strategy for World Programs Sets and Aligns the program strategy with Account Manager/PUW and keeps close contact with the customers and the brokers though regular meetings and calls Managing directly a portfolio of World Programs Actively manages the risk portfolio - where appropriate, develop/implement corrective actions on sensitive risks Supports business development, pitching new customers, auditing credit risk management procedures Reports to Management committee and Central Team on a regular basis. Reports to RRC on a half yearly basis Actively steers large claim cases globally Engages Strategic Risk Underwriters Manages a team of Regional Risk Managers (Program Risk Managers) Key Requirements Expert knowledge of the credit insurance industry, products and regulations Expert knowledge of risk management, including underwriting and risk governance Expert knowledge of business analysis techniques and financial assessment skills Advanced knowledge of international insolvency and claims and collection practices, including relevant quality standards Advanced ability to assess claims, taking into account contractual parameters Advanced knowledge of geopolitics including on emerging markets Advanced ability to communicate well via all mediums (eg. email, phone) and at all levels of an organization within a multicultural setting Advanced ability to convince stakeholders in discussion and presentation of ideas and analysis Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English Internal leadership behavior: Team player/ manager Steer relation and cooperation with MNC-organization and regions Represent MNC within the group External leadership behavior: Develop strong relationships with policyholders Represent company to all external stakeholders" Looking for candidates that possess a basic awareness of Artificial Intelligence technologies and are enthusiastic about learning and integrating AI into everyday business processes. (Generative) Artificial Intelligence or GenAI or AI Data Analysis (Microsoft) Copilot ChatGPT Total compensation range: $170,000 - $200,000 Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual's relevant experience, skills for the role, and location.
