Job Description

Senior Manager, Insurance We're seeking a strategic and results-driven insurance leader to oversee the growth, financial performance, and operational management of the insurance programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong business and financial acumen, demonstrate confidence in managing P&L performance, and apply a data-driven approach to maximizing ROI, customer lifetime value, and risk management. Success in this position requires a strategic, results-focused leader who is motivated by mission impact and excels in a not-for-profit environment. In this role, you will: Drive premium, revenue, and profitability growth while managing expenses. Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting. Oversee insurance products to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and member value. Manage marketing, vendor, carrier, and partner relationships to optimize program performance. Ensure regulatory compliance, licensing, and risk management standards are met. Build and lead high-performing teams while advancing key strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. 7-10 years of insurance leadership experience, including responsibility for large insurance portfolios. 3-5 years of team and partner management experience. Ability to obtain Life and Property & Casualty licenses within 18 months.
