As the Manager of Global SRM Finance, you will be the architect of Ford's financial strategy for managing supply chain disruptions. You will lead a newly transformed global organization of 10 professionals (3 supervisors and 7 analysts) dedicated to a dual-mission strategy: Proactive Risk Identification and Active Distressed Supplier Case Management. You will play a pivotal role in Ford's Supplier Risk Management transformation, moving the organization from a reactive posture to a predictive one, ensuring production stability and safeguarding Ford's financial interests across the global supply base.
