Job Description
NOW HIRING
a Future Risk Management Professional! Turn classroom knowledge into real-world impact while supporting safety programs and risk management initiatives. What You'll Do - A Day in the Life- Assist with claims tracking and incident reporting, including data entry, documentation, and file organization.
- Support workplace safety efforts by maintaining records, helping coordinate training, and assisting with safety inspections.
- Compile reports and spreadsheets related to claims, safety activities, and program tracking.
- Provide administrative support to the Risk Manager and HR team, including onboarding coordination, records management, and special projects. What You'll Gain - Experience that goes beyond the classroom

- Hands-on exposure to workers' compensation, liability claims, and incident reporting processes.

- A High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Coursework in Risk Management or Occupational Safety.
- Be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a background check and drug screenings.

- One (1) year of experience in Risk Management or Human Resources.
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Risk Management (or related field).
- Bring strong communication, organization, sound judgment, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Be Safety-minded and team-oriented, with a desire to support leadership and contribute to department goals.
