- + Master's degree or MBA with a Business, Financial or Risk focus Broad risk and regulatory knowledge with an emphasis on: Credit, Market, Liquidity, Compliance, Operational, Reputation and Strategic Risks Strong leadership, consulting, and communication skills, including the ability to lead direct and indirect reports and influence all levels within the organization Ability to think critically and strategically and drive change; capability of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently Strong quantitative, governance, and analytical abilities Excellent negotiation skills and highly collaborative planning ability, excellent diplomacy, tact, judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to provide effective challenge to senior management Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products ORM Certificate, PRM designation, or CRCM designation •Other Job Requirements / Working Conditions•Sitting/Standing/Walking/Bending/Lifting þ Sitting (if checked, indicate frequency) Constantly (More than 50% of the time) þ Standing (if checked, indicate frequency) Occasionally (Less than 25% of the time) þ Walking (if checked, indicate frequency) Occasionally (Less than 25% of the time) þ Bending (if checked, indicate frequency) Occasionally (Less than 25% of the time) þ Lifting (if checked, indicate pounds) Up to 10 lbs.
