JOB SUMMARY
The Cyber Risk Analyst/Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, assessing, and managing cyber risks across various systems, applications, and user environments. This role also entails supporting cyber governance, compliance tracking, and mitigation planning, as well as leading or coordinating IT projects from planning through reporting. Additionally, the position involves providing laptop support, addressing user-related technical issues, performing infrastructure administration, and supporting change and incident management processes to ensure operational stability and compliance. Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, assess, and manage cyber risks across systems, applications, and user environments.
  • Support cyber governance activities, compliance tracking, and mitigation planning.
  • Lead or coordinate IT-related projects including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Maintain project schedules, risks, and documentation in alignment with delivery goals.
  • Provide laptop support including configuration, troubleshooting, patching, and endpoint compliance.
  • Handle user issues related to network authentication, VPN software, and device performance.
  • Perform infrastructure administration tasks such as server checks, backups, and policy enforcement.
  • Support change management, incident management, and configuration updates.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure stability and compliance.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and reporting dashboards for continuous operational improvement. Required Qualifications
