738332WD Up to 20% Senior Manager Apply now Save Description The Opportunity As a Cyber & Tech Risk Marketing Senior Manager, you will focus on developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will utilize market research, digital marketing, and creative campaigns to engage clients and capture new business opportunities. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. In this role at PwC, you will conduct market research, develop marketing strategies, and create and execute marketing campaigns. You will analyze campaign performance, confirming brand consistency and reaching target audiences to drive customer engagement and loyalty. Your ability to craft and convey clear, impactful messages will be crucial in telling a holistic story that resonates with clients. By applying systems thinking, you will identify underlying problems and opportunities, validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to enhance the firm's market presence and achieve organizational targets. Responsibilities
  • Leading the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
  • Conducting comprehensive market research to inform marketing strategies and identify new business opportunities
  • Creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels, confirming alignment with brand consistency and target audience engagement
  • Analyzing campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts and improve customer engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies
  • Utilizing CRM software to manage customer relationships and enhance client interactions
  • Developing content marketing strategies that effectively communicate the firm's value propositions
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
  • Applying analytical thinking to evaluate market trends and consumer behavior, informing strategic decision-making
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to support marketing initiatives and drive business development What You Must Have
  • At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
  • At least 6 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience What Sets You Apart
  • Preference for a Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrating advanced skills in digital marketing strategies
  • Excelling in campaign performance analysis and market research
  • Utilizing CRM software for enhanced customer relationship management
  • Leading marketing initiatives with a focus on strategic messaging
  • Developing communication strategies that drive business development
  • Applying analytical thinking to optimize marketing operations The salary range for this position is: $91,000
  • $321,500.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
