Overview ​
PURPOSE STATEMENT
Provide administrative support to Risk Manager to ensure efficient function of all risk management activities. Responsibilities ​
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
​Support the Risk Manager, facility leadership and employees through a variety of tasks related to functions of the Risk Management Department. Ensuring confidentiality of all patient information. Complete, accurate and timely data entry related to all patient event reporting to required recipients, including Acadia, state and county authorities, and patient insurers. Maintain all accurate and current logs as assigned Familiar with risk management concepts, practices and procedures Effective communication via phone and email ensuring all duties are completed accurately, and delivered with high quality in a timely manner. Creating spreadsheets and maintain data bases and, prepare reports and documents as needed Answer telephone calls and take messages and/or transfer calls as appropriate Engage with patients, visitors and colleagues in a manner that is professional and courteous and demonstrates excellence in customer service. OTHER FUNCTIONS
Comply with all Bowling Green and Acadia training assignments Adhere to all Bowling Green/Acadia Policy and Procedures. ​Perform other functions and tasks as assigned. Qualifications ​
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS
​High school diploma or equivalent required. ​Associate's degree preferred. Effective computer skills, including Office365, Excel, Microsoft Word and Teams ​
