A construction organization with operations across Southern California is seeking an experienced risk management professional to oversee its corporate insurance programs. The company supports complex infrastructure and building projects and maintains a strong focus on safety, risk mitigation, and long-term operational stability. This role will work closely with leadership, project teams, and external insurance partners to ensure the organization's insurance programs align with contractual obligations and evolving risk exposure.
Position Summary:
The Insurance Manager will oversee the company's insurance portfolio and risk management processes, including policy procurement, renewals, claims coordination, and contractual insurance compliance. This role collaborates with project teams, finance, safety, and executive leadership to ensure appropriate coverage across all operations and projects. The position is based in Santa Monica with a hybrid schedule and offers the opportunity to play a key role in managing enterprise-wide risk and insurance strategy.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in the construction industry. Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
