As an Administrative Assistant in the Supervision and Risk Management (SRM) division, you will provide administrative support for leadership and branch staff . Our Administrative Assistants work in an environment that requires a high degree of attention to detail, cooperation, and professionalism. You must be able to handle confidential material and use good judgement when working with and communicating information related to various Bank, System, client, and program functions. What Makes an Administrative Assistant successful? Are you a service-oriented person who enjoys working with teams and helping others? As part of our team, you'll also find a collaborative culture that encourages employees to exercise initiative and ownership for their work. More specifically, you'll be: Maintaining and/or monitoring calendar(s), emails, and deadlines. Coordinating and scheduling meetings and conference calls as requested. Making travel arrangements, preparing travel itineraries, and submitting travel reimbursements. Handling meeting and event planning details including, but not limited to, coordination with Conference Center team regarding room reservations and setups, hotel block reservations, catering, and audio-visual needs. Performing various duties such as data entry, maintaining time and attendance records, purchasing office supplies, managing purchasing card expenditures, and monthly reconciliations. Assisting with supporting new and current employee needs, including location moves and technology access/asset requests. Responding to inquiries by gathering complete and relevant information and referring to appropriate contact . Providing back-up support for other administrative assistants and other duties as assigned. What are the minimum qualifications? Required Typically requires 1 year of relevant experience and high school education or GED. Effective skills using Microsoft Office products, web-based applications, and e-mail. Working knowledge of audio/visual equipment and ability to troubleshoot minor problems. Performs work independently with limited supervision and direction. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with high profile public contacts and/or external customers. Ability to work out of our Omaha, NE office. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Preferred 3+ years of relevant experience Strong project management and analytical skills preferred.
