Akkodis is seeking a Security Managed Services Practitioner for a Contract job with a client in Houston, TX . The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Risk Management, GRC Operations, Third-Party Risk Management, and Risk Exception Management, along with a proven ability to support enterprise security and compliance programs.

Rate Range:

$61/hour to $73/hour ; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Security Managed Services Practitioner job responsibilities include: Lead and support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) operational activities across the organization. Manage enterprise risk assessments, risk registers, risk treatment plans, and ongoing risk monitoring processes. Support and administer Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities, including vendor assessments, due diligence reviews, and risk evaluations. Manage risk issues, exceptions, and remediation activities while ensuring appropriate documentation and governance oversight. Collaborate with security, technology, legal, compliance, and business teams to assess and mitigate operational and cybersecurity risks. Develop and maintain GRC metrics, dashboards, reports, and process documentation to support decision-making and compliance efforts.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in: Risk Management, GRC Operations, Third-Party Risk Management, Risk Issues & Exception Management Strong experience supporting operational GRC programs rather than solely consulting-based engagements. Knowledge of enterprise risk frameworks, control management, compliance programs, and security governance processes. Experience conducting risk assessments, vendor reviews, control evaluations, and remediation tracking activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience within the Energy or Utilities industry . Experience with security architecture principles and cybersecurity risk management. Knowledge of network security concepts and security controls. Experience working with multiple eGRC platforms such as Archer, ServiceNow GRC, OneTrust, AuditBoard, or similar solutions. Familiarity with industry frameworks and standards such as

NIST, ISO

Pay Details:
