Risk Register Coordinator (Midland, TX) | 09/01/26
Job Description Job Description & Skill Requirement:
• Roles and Responsibilities - What the individual is expected to do
o Develop and coordinate plan/schedule to close open Risk Register items
o Field Visits - Located in Midland. Find installed PSVs, verify tag information / PSV sizing to close open risk register items. If PSV is untagged, develop plan to replace PSV (e.g., develop and submit MOC aligned with Ops/Maintenance schedule)
• Skills Needed
o Technician level expected
o Strong coordination skills Other tasks under consideration: May be integrated into one of the roles above to load-balance R&Rs. Expect to start with opportunities above and add additional scope as the Water Management team builds relationships and identified new opportunities with LTTS support. Short list below is not guaranteed, and other opportunities may be identified.
• Field Verifications of Infrastructure to confirm feasibility of future production plans
o E.g., Understand plan to pop wells 6+ months in the future, field verify existing infrastructure supporting each pop, document findings for review by engineering and planning teams.
• Pond water quality support
o Weekly communication to ProPetro, providing physical directions (coordinates) to each of the current frac pads and the upcoming pads (Currently takes ~30 minutes/week to complete)
o Monthly upload of PrePetro sampling data into main sampling Excel database (Currently takes ~15 minutes/month to complete)
