Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst /Senior Analyst / Lead Analyst (3 openings as per experience)

Duration:
24 months Overview We are seeking experienced Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) professionals to support and enhance an organization''s enterprise-wide risk management program. Opportunities are available at the Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Lead Analyst levels depending on experience and qualifications. The ERM team works closely with business leaders, risk owners, compliance, audit, legal, and finance stakeholders to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate strategic, operational, financial, and reputational risks. Successful candidates will combine strong analytical capabilities, risk management expertise, and stakeholder engagement skills to help drive informed business decisions and organizational resilience. Key Responsibilities ERM Analyst (Level 1) Support risk identification and assessment activities across business units. Maintain and update enterprise risk registers. Conduct preliminary qualitative risk assessments using established methodologies. Collect, validate, and analyze risk-related data. Assist in developing risk reports, dashboards, and presentations. Participate in risk workshops and document findings, action items, and recommendations. Track risk mitigation activities and follow up with risk owners. Research industry developments, emerging risks, and regulatory changes. Support ongoing ERM projects and initiatives. ERM Analyst (Level 2) Facilitate risk assessment workshops and risk identification sessions. Perform comprehensive qualitative and quantitative risk analyses. Develop quantitative models to estimate risk exposure and financial impact. Design and maintain Key Risk Indicator (KRI) frameworks. Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing exercises. Prepare executive-level risk reports and presentations. Serve as a primary ERM contact for assigned business units. Partner with stakeholders to develop and monitor mitigation plans. Coordinate cross-functional risk activities and manage ERM projects. Senior ERM Analyst Lead enterprise-wide risk assessment initiatives and methodology development. Evaluate strategic, operational, financial, and reputational risks. Design advanced quantitative models, sensitivity analyses, and value-at-risk assessments. Lead scenario planning and stress-testing efforts. Develop executive and board-level risk reporting. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders. Lead cross-functional risk management initiatives. Mentor junior analysts and perform quality assurance reviews. Contribute to enterprise risk policies, procedures, and governance frameworks. Lead ERM Analyst Provide strategic leadership for the Enterprise Risk Management program. Design and implement enterprise-wide risk frameworks, methodologies, and governance processes. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex and high-impact risk matters. Advise executive leadership on strategic risk implications. Lead integration of risk management into strategic planning and investment decisions. Represent ERM in executive committees and governance forums. Partner with Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, and Finance leadership. Drive continuous improvement of ERM policies, standards, and processes. Lead and develop the ERM team while overseeing major enterprise risk initiatives. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in finance, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. Experience Analyst (Level 1) No additional experience required beyond degree requirements. Analyst (Level 2) Minimum 2 years of relevant risk management, finance, audit, compliance, analytics, or related experience. Senior Analyst Minimum 5 years of relevant enterprise risk management or related experience. Lead Analyst Minimum 8 years of progressive enterprise risk management experience with leadership responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification. CQRM (Certified Quantitative Risk Management) Certification. Experience with quantitative risk modeling and scenario analysis. Strong data analytics and reporting skills. Knowledge of enterprise risk frameworks, governance practices, and regulatory environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and risk reporting tools.
