Conduct thorough financial analysis and research to inform trading decisions, utilizing tools such as Bloomberg and other financial software. Develop and implement quantitative trading strategies based on market data, risk analysis, and industry trends. Monitor market conditions continuously, adjusting trading tactics to capitalize on opportunities or mitigate risks related to derivatives trading and fixed income markets. Maintain detailed records of all transactions, ensuring adherence to financial compliance standards and regulatory requirements set by FINRA and other authorities. Collaborate with sales teams and clients to develop tailored investment solutions, fostering strong client relationships through clear communication of complex financial concepts. Utilize SQL, Excel data analysis, and technical tools for risk management, portfolio optimization, and asset management activities. Experience Proven experience practicing in the securities industry with a focus on equity options trading or derivatives trading. Strong background in financial concepts such as risk analysis, financial risk management, asset management, and investment strategies. Demonstrated expertise in securities law, financial compliance, and industry knowledge of financial regulations affecting derivatives markets. Proficiency with Bloomberg terminals, SQL databases, Excel data analysis tools, and financial software used for quantitative analysis. Experience developing client relationships through effective communication, sales skills, and understanding of financial services. Knowledge of fixed income financial markets, commodity trading, and the broader financial markets landscape. Solid math skills combined with technical proficiency in financial software applications necessary for research and risk assessment.
