HR Overview:
This role provides indirect procurement support for the site in Indiana while collaborating with teams supporting operations in California. The position partners with Global Commodity Managers across a wide range of indirect categories and plays a key role in supplier management, purchasing processes, and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to company code of ethics and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures Investigate and resolve recurring invoicing issues to ensure accurate and timely supplier payments Review supplier contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms Negotiate supplier agreements, pricing, and business terms Maintain and audit supplier data within Coupa to ensure accuracy and integrity Administer sourcing events and issue purchase orders for the assigned site Support cross-functional teams and assist with special projects as needed Collaborate with category teams on procurement initiatives
Basic Qualifications:
Associate degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor's degree, OR 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work cross-functionally Procurement experience, including supplier negotiation Experience working with small business suppliers
Additional Details:
