Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify supply/demand imbalances and pricing trends. Perform comprehensive asset and pricing evaluations to uncover arbitrage opportunities. Source, engage, and develop relationships with key counterparties (buyers and sellers). Lead transaction diligence and mitigate risks to ensure smooth execution. Structure buyer-seller agreements and transactional materials. Proactively generate revenue through deal origination and execution. Work closely with data, analytics, and settlement teams for seamless transactions. Present compelling investment opportunities to senior leadership. Required Experience Must reside in Texas Native or bilingual proficiency in English and one Asian language (Korean, Chinese, Japanese) Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Minimum 3 years of sales or client-facing experience with a proven revenue-generating track record. Proven experience in cold calling and business development.
