Job Summary We are seeking a Trade Operations Specialist to support broker-dealer activity across investment operations, portfolio management, and regulatory reporting. You will help process and reconcile transactions, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with internal teams and clients.

Accurate trade processing and timely issue resolution help portfolio managers and clients make informed decisions while supporting compliant operations. Responsibilities Process and reconcile securities, fixed income, derivatives, and futures trades; investigate breaks and other discrepancies. Support investment portfolio administration, bookkeeping, accounting, and financial management activities. Prepare and review regulatory reports and operational records in accordance with applicable securities law and financial regulations. Use investment management software, financial software, Microsoft Office, Excel data analysis, and SQL to maintain and analyze trade and portfolio data. Communicate operational updates and identified issues clearly to internal teams, clients, and relevant business partners. Skills Experience practicing in the securities industry; knowledge of broker-dealer operations, investment operations, financial services, and financial markets is essential. Understanding of investment management, portfolio management, asset management, investment banking, banking, and financial concepts. Familiarity with fixed income financial markets and derivatives; futures trading experience is an advantage. Strong financial acumen, problem identification, and client and internal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel data analysis required; SQL, investment management software, and other financial software experience preferred.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
