Commodity Specialist Level 1#26-32799 $23.60-$26.60 per hour Milwaukee, WI Onsite Job Description Our Client, a Manufacturing Conglomerate company, is looking for a Commodity Specialist Level 1 for their Milwaukee, WI location.
Responsibilities:
Designs, implements and administers commodity acquisition strategy. Includes procurement support, commodity business plans, market trends assessment, pricing and product availability. Develops negotiation strategies to create relationship between the company and suppliers. Assists in identifying new, high potential suppliers. Interacts daily with peers and customers (typically internal) to exchange or present factual information. Builds stable working relationships internally. Works on issues of limited scope. Follows established practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Receives predetermined assignments subject to moderate level of control and review. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
Requirements:
Typically requires no previous professional experience. Learning to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. Education Requirements must remain consistent with the Global Job Catalog, please do not edit Bachelor's Degree
