Job Description

Intuit is seeking a Business Tax Expert to support TurboTax business customers with accurate, timely tax advice. In this remote role, you'll use your deep knowledge of U.S. business tax law to prepare and review small business and self employed returns, resolve complex tax questions, and clearly explain implications and options. You'll leverage Intuit's data-driven, cloud-based tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay current on tax regulations. Responsibilities Provide live tax guidance to Turbo Tax business customers via video, chat, and phone. Prepare and review small business and self-employed tax returns for accuracy and compliance. Research complex business tax issues and explain options and implications to clients. Document advice and maintain accurate records in Intuit systems. Collaborate with cross-functional Intuit teams to improve tools, workflows, and customer experience. Stay current on federal and state business tax laws and regulations. Protect customer data and maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards. Required Skills Business tax preparation U.
