Intuit is seeking a Tax Support Associate to help customers confidently use TurboTax and related financial products. In this role, you'll answer tax and product questions, guide users through filing steps, and troubleshoot common software issues via phone, chat, or email. You'll use Intuit's tools and knowledge bases to research solutions, document interactions, and escalate complex cases. Working in a collaborative, learning-focused culture, you'll stay current on tax changes, contribute customer insights to product teams, and help millions of people file accurately and on time.
