About the Role As a Senior Tax Lead, you will serve as a primary strategic advisor for a diverse portfolio of clients, driving high-level tax planning and complex compliance initiatives. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who thrives on mentoring teams and delivering impactful financial outcomes through proactive advisory services. Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end tax engagement lifecycle for diverse entities, including corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts. Provide proactive tax planning and financial advisory services to help clients achieve long-term fiscal goals. Mentor and develop junior staff members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional growth. Manage client account health, including project scoping, timeline adherence, and high-level communication. Conduct complex tax research to resolve intricate regulatory issues and provide innovative solutions. Ensure the accuracy and quality of all tax filings while maintaining strict compliance with GAAP standards. Qualifications Required Skills 8+ years of progressive experience within a public accounting firm. Active CPA or EA designation. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Proven track record of leading teams and managing multiple complex engagements. Advanced proficiency in tax preparation and technical research. Preferred Skills Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term, high-value client relationships. Experience in strategic tax planning beyond standard compliance. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaborative leadership.
