One staff member has been there thirty years, another twenty, and another ten. In public accounting, that level of retention says a lot. Like any CPA firm; busy season is intense but predictable. February, March and April will be 10-15 hours of overtime per week. However, overtime is paid at time and a half. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, you'll get additional PTO when the work schedule is quieter with a 4-day working week. The firm is growing and is now looking for a senior tax professional.
