Job Description
The Washington, D.C. office of Akin is seeking an attorney with 4-7 years of experience advising sponsors, developers, and investors in transactional tax credit matters, including tax aspects of project development, tax equity transactions and tax credit transfer matters. Experience at a law firm, or equivalent experience at a Big Four accounting firm, will be considered. Exceptional academic credentials and law firm experience preferred.
