This is an opportunity to work closely with a diverse client base — individuals, small businesses, and closely held companies — while growing your career in a firm that values client relationships and professional development. What You'll Do Prepare and review individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns Manage client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts Meet with potential new clients Research complex tax issues and provide planning recommendations Identify tax planning opportunities and communicate them clearly to clients Stay current on federal and state tax law changes Assist our accounting department with monthly accounting clients as needed Collaborate with the broader team on client service and firm initiatives What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA license (active or in progress) preferred Strong technical knowledge of individual and business tax preparation Excellent communication and client-service skills Ability to work on-site in our Clearwater office What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience and level Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) CPE / continuing education support A collaborative, growth-oriented team environment
