Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CPA Tax Senior to join our growing team on-site at our Lakeland, FL office. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing complex tax returns, ensuring compliance, and providing exceptional service to our diverse client base. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses a strong technical background in public accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for Individuals, Corporations, Partnerships, and Trusts . Conduct tax research and planning to optimize tax strategies for clients. Analyze complex financial statements and accounting records. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients to gather data and resolve tax issues. Stay up to date on current tax laws, regulations, and industry trends. We use AI driven tax research and accounting software

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of public accounting tax preparation experience. Active CPA license (or actively tracking toward completion). Hands-on proficiency with CCH ProSystem fx tax software. Demonstrated experience handling diverse entity types, specifically Individuals, Corps, Partnerships, and Trusts . Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay:

$95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
