Litigation Associate

Greenspoon Marder LLP is seeking a litigation associate for our Orlando office with 3-7 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. The ideal candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills. Experience drafting discovery and substantive motions in both Federal and State courts is required. Prior large case and/or firm experience is preferred. Florida Bar required.
