Tax Senior Ponte Vedra Beach, FL Full-Time | Mostly On-Site We're seeking aTax Senior who is ready to step into a leadership role, mentor others, and make a real impact. This position offers a clear path for advancement to Manager, with support and resources to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns Provide proactive tax planning and strategic consulting to clients across diverse industries Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor Collaborate with leadership on high-impact engagements Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of excellence Support business development through networking and proposals Stay current on tax law changes and contribute to team knowledge sharing Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting CPA preferred (or active CPA candidate) 2-5 years of recent public accounting experience Strong technical knowledge and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Collaborative, client-first mindse What stands out Competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer contribution 15 days
