Tax Analyst:
- Manage multi-state sales and use tax compliance processes, including filings, payments, and tax notices.
- Review, validate, and maintain customer and vendor exemption certificates.
- Reconcile tax accounts and support accurate general ledger reporting.
- Provide tax guidance to internal teams and assist with customer tax inquiries.
- Coordinate data collection and support external providers with tax return and reporting requirements.
- Assist with tax audits, registrations, account closures, and process improvement initiatives.
Tax Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5+ years of hands-on multi-state sales tax compliance experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of current sales and use tax regulations.
