Basic Qualifications:

JD or LL.M (Tax) 20+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience dealing with either: National Tax Office work, accounting methods, or operating partnerships Strong experience with various substantive accounting methods, LLC and partnership tax issues, including allocations, liabilities, capital shifts, continuations, divisions, and profits interests. Experience working at a large accounting firm
