Job Description
Tax SeniorPosition Overview The Tax Senior will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the tax compliance and consulting services for our diverse client base. This position requires a deep understanding of tax regulations and the ability to provide strategic tax planning for individuals and various business entities, including partnerships, C-Corps, and S-Corps.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and prepare complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, C-Corps, and S-Corps.
Conduct tax research and analysis to provide clients with strategic tax planning advice.
Review and supervise the work of junior staff members to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on tax-related matters.
Stay updated on the latest tax regulations and trends to provide timely advice to clients.
Assist with IRS audits and tax controversy matters when necessary.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in tax.
Strong knowledge of tax regulations for individuals and various business entities.
Experience with HNWI (High Net Worth Individuals) tax matters is a plus.
Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
