Job Description

This role requires candidates to be onsite 5-days per week (M-F) at our
Rosemont, IL Headquarters Position Responsibilities:
Prepare Sales & Use tax workpapers, tax returns, tax payments, and journal entries Coordinate Sales & Use tax reporting with 3rd party provider Gather audit documentation, prepare audit work papers, identify and research audit issues Prepare general ledger account reconciliations for accrued Sales & Use tax and other miscellaneous tax liability accounts Research various tax issues, prepare Sales & Use tax matrices, and respond to tax questions from the various businesses Analyze and resolve notices and correspondence from various state and local tax authorities Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
