Position Overview:
The Tax Senior will support a broad client base across multiple industries and play a key role in the continued growth of the tax practice while enjoying long-term career advancement without the need to relocate.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review federal and multi-state tax returns, with an emphasis on flow-through entities.
  • Conduct tax research using online tools.
  • Perform general accounting tasks as needed on engagements.
  • Train, mentor, and develop Staff Accountants.
  • Communicate proactively with managers, leadership, and clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's preferred.
  • CPA certification or active pursuit of licensure.
  • 3+ years of public accounting experience.
  • Proven review experience.
  • Strong computer proficiency; experience with ProSystem fx, CCH, RIA, or Engagement is a plus.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
