Job Description:
Carolina PRG is partnering with a rapidly growing North American organization to identify a Senior Tax Analyst who will make an immediate impact on their tax team. This individual will play a key role in supporting a variety of income tax functions, including federal and state tax compliance, tax provision computations, and ongoing tax planning initiatives. The role offers meaningful exposure to technical tax issues, process improvement opportunities, and cross?functional collaboration within a dynamic and expanding tax department.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax fillings Assist with tax provision calculations and ASC 740 reporting Support audits and respond to tax authority inquiries Research and interpret tax laws to ensure compliance and identify planning opportunities Collaborate with finance, accounting, and external advisors on tax-related matters Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the tax function
Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant tax experience; public accounting preferred Strong technical foundation in corporate tax and tax provision Proficiency in Excel and tax software (e.g., OneSource, Corptax, etc.) Excellent communication and analytical skills CPA or CPA-eligible Why Join?
