Our Charlotte/Raleigh locations are each seeking an Internal OperationsIntern. The anticipated start date for this role is: January 2027. The anticipated end date for this role is: April 2027. This internship position is part-time, with a preferred minimum of 20 hours per week. Come and see for yourself!
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviews and organizes client incoming tax documents. Assists with intake of tax information and prepares for routing. Ensures all client documents are being tracked and kept current. Organizes, scans and processes tax documents. Assembles client tax returns following established procedures. Assists team in meeting strict government deadlines. E-filing and other final delivery type steps. Other responsibilities may include preparation of informational tax documents. General operational support and other responsibilities/tasks as requested.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Working towards the achievement of a bachelor's degree
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred.
Willingness to learn new technologies. Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.
