Entry-Level About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Tax Associate to join our team and work closely with a Financial Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career at the intersection of tax planning, financial planning, and wealth management . The Tax Associate will support the Financial Advisor in helping clients understand how tax considerations can impact their overall financial strategy. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, eager to learn, and interested in developing a long-term career in financial services. Responsibilities Assist the Financial Advisor with tax-related research and planning strategies. Review client financial information and identify potential tax considerations. Assist with preparing tax projections, analyses, and client presentations. Research federal and state tax regulations and changes that may impact clients. Work alongside the Financial Advisor to incorporate tax strategies into broader financial plans. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation for client meetings. Maintain accurate and confidential client records. Communicate with clients and internal team members in a professional manner. Stay current on relevant tax laws, regulations, and industry developments. Support other financial planning and administrative initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Economics, or a related field preferred. 0-2 years of professional experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organization. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism. Interest in pursuing a career in tax, financial planning, or wealth management .
