Job Description

The Opportunity:
Choose Your Path We believe in flexibility and building a career that matches your current professional standing. We are offering two distinct pathways for this role: Path 1: The Growth Track (Junior / Associate Advisor) Who it's for: Career changers, recent graduates, tax preparers, or CPAs looking to break into the wealth management industry.
The Role:
You will work directly alongside the Principal Advisor, learning the inner workings of client onboarding, retirement projections, and portfolio design. You will assist with tax preparation and planning while actively learning how to build, market, and service a joint book of business. Path 2: The Independent Track (Under Our Umbrella) Who it's for: Existing Independent Advisors, CPAs, or Tax Professionals with an established, portable book of business.
The Role:
Keep more of what you earn. By bringing your existing book under our established infrastructure, you can drastically cut your overhead, compliance costs, and technology expenses. You will retain your independence while gaining a collaborative partner and a seamless backend workflow. Key Responsibilities Depending on your experience level and chosen track, your day-to-day will involve: Assisting with or leading tax preparation, tax-loss harvesting strategies, and tax-focused wealth management. Supporting the client onboarding process and managing internal operational workflows to ensure a seamless client experience. Utilizing financial planning software to build out detailed retirement projections and account analysis. Preparing and processing account transfer paperwork and investment updates with absolute precision. Maintaining proactive, professional communication with clients regarding account updates and planning timelines. When faced with a roadblock (like an account transfer timing out), you don't just report the problem—you find the solution and present the fix.

You respect deadlines, understand the seasonal urgency of tax deadlines, and follow through on client deliverables promptly.
Industry Interest:
You have a genuine passion for helping people secure their financial futures.
Qualifications & Requirements For Entry-Level:
A background in accounting, finance, or business is preferred. Willingness to obtain FINRA Series 65/66 and relevant insurance licenses quickly is required. Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA track is a massive plus.
For Established Professionals:
An active clean U4, CPA designation, or EA license, along with a portable book of business. Proficiency with modern financial planning software, CRM platforms, and tax preparation software. Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must for both tracks. What We Offer Competitive compensation package (Base + Bonus for Track 1; Highly competitive payout splits for Track 2). Pay:
$28.00 - $100.00 per hour
