Job Description

Basic Qualifications Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting. Must have an expected graduation date in late Fall 2027, Spring/Summer of 2028, or, Spring/Summer of 2029. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Preferred Qualifications Possess strong leadership competencies, and strong team and analytical skills; strategic thinking skills; dedication and enthusiasm for work in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Ability to communicate effectively, especially as part of a team. Proficiency in Excel is required, along with an overall level of expertise in MS Office environments. Involvement with one or more extracurricular activities, work-study or off-campus jobs, and/or volunteer positions. Primary Responsibilities The purpose of the Internship Program is to introduce students to Arconic through a challenging and rewarding experience in the corporate tax department by assisting with the preparation of tax returns, including Sales & Use; and Federal, State, and International income. The candidate will have the opportunity to assist with monthly tax accounting duties, including loading trial balance data and analyzing book-to-tax differences, and other department projects as necessary.
