  • Practice Tax Leader A growing professional services organization in Southwest Ohio is seeking an experienced CPA to help lead and strengthen an established tax practice.
This opportunity is designed for a CPA who enjoys client relationships, technical tax work, and developing a team — but is also looking for the opportunity to think and operate more like an owner. The ideal candidate may currently be a Tax Manager, Senior Tax Accountant, Tax Supervisor, or experienced CPA who is ready for the next step in their career. What You'll Do Prepare and review individual, business tax, estate and trust income tax returns Provide technical tax guidance and ensure quality standards Lead and mentor tax professionals Improve processes, workflow, and client experience Build trusted long-term client relationships Help shape the future direction and growth of the practice What We're Looking For Active CPA license preferred Strong public accounting tax experience Experience preparing and reviewing tax returns Ability to lead, coach, and collaborate with others Strong client service mindset Interest in a long-term leadership opportunity Why This Opportunity Is Different Competitive base compensation Meaningful path to ownership Ability to influence the future of the practice Hybrid flexibility outside of peak tax season Collaborative, entrepreneurial environment This is a confidential search.
