Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Income Tax CPA who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering comprehensive tax solutions. In this role, you will leverage your extensive tax expertise to prepare complex tax returns, advise clients on tax strategies, and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. Your strong background in accounting, financial concepts, and regulatory compliance will be instrumental in supporting our clients' financial success. Duties Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and estate tax returns with precision and attention to detail Provide expert guidance on estate planning, wills, trusts, and estate law to optimize client outcomes Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws through diligent research and application of current regulations Conduct audits and review financial statements for accuracy using accounting software such as Engagement Manager, QuickBooks, and Intacct Communicate complex tax concepts clearly to clients, fostering trust and understanding while providing strategic advice on tax planning and financial sales opportunities Qualifications Proven experience as a Tax CPA with a strong background in individual tax, corporate tax, and tax law Demonstrated expertise in estate planning, wills, trusts & estate reporting, and regulatory compliance accounting Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and familiarity with financial report writing and interpretation Deep understanding of financial concepts including bookkeeping, balance sheet reconciliation, and financial statement preparation Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification required; additional certifications in securities law, business valuations, or other public accounting specialties are a plus Join us to leverage your technical accounting skills while making a meaningful impact on our clients' financial futures.
