Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced High Net Worth Tax Accountant to join our expanding team. This role focuses on sophisticated tax planning, compliance, and consulting for affluent clients, closely integrated with our broader wealth management services.

Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 based on experience

Core Responsibilities
Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, and closely held businesses.
Develop proactive tax planning and wealth preservation strategies aligned with long-term financial goals.
Research intricate tax matters related to private equity, real estate investments, and charitable giving.
Collaborate with wealth advisors and portfolio managers to provide a unified financial experience for clients.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through regular communication.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Accounting or a related financial field.
Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or a qualified CPA candidate actively working toward licensure.
Minimum of 3+ years of recent public accounting or wealth management tax experience.
Strong technical knowledge of individual, fiduciary, and partnership taxation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.
Proficiency with standard tax preparation and research software.
