WHAT THIS ROLE IS

As a Tax Resolution Sales Associate, your job is to Your core responsibility is sales — and only sales. You will respond to inbound inquiries from individuals and business owners across the country who are actively seeking help with their tax problems. Your job is to listen, build rapport, qualify the prospect, and close them on our Phase 1 services. Once you close a client, they are handed directly off to our in-house legal team for case evaluation and resolution planning. You are the bridge between a client in distress and the expert legal help they need — and you are compensated very well for it. There is no cold calling. All leads are inbound. There is no tax return preparation. There is no tax filing. This is a pure sales role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO EVERY DAY

Handle inbound calls and web inquiries from individuals and business owners across all 50 states — no cold calling, ever Ask probing questions to uncover each prospect's tax problem and qualify their situation Identify issues such as IRS back taxes, unfiled returns, tax liens, wage garnishments, levy removal, payroll tax problems, and sales tax disputes Present and close prospects on our Phase 1 services Hand closed clients off directly to our legal team of two tax attorneys for case evaluation Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with prospects throughout the sales process What you will NOT do: prepare tax returns, file returns, or provide tax or legal advice.
