Professional development and long-term career growth. What You'll Own Prepare and review Forms 1120S, 1120, 1065, and complex 1040s. Research technical tax issues and document conclusions. Identify proactive tax planning opportunities. Review bookkeeping adjustments and depreciation. Communicate directly with business owners. Contribute to improving firm systems and processes. Minimum Qualifications Five or more years in public accounting. Independent preparation of corporate and partnership returns. Strong technical knowledge of business taxation. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism. Preferred UltraTax CS experience. Enrolled Agent, CPA, or CPA candidate. QuickBooks Online proficiency. Multi-state tax experience. Experience with tax planning and advisory. This Position Is Probably NOT a Fit If... You prefer step-by-step direction for every assignment.
