KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Review and sign off on individual, corporate, partnership, and other income tax returns Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff, helping them grow both technically and professionally Conduct tax research and prepare well-organized memoranda with clear recommendations Develop a working understanding of each client's business to identify planning opportunities and areas for improvement Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, proactively gathering information, addressing questions, and delivering timely, practical advice Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a closely related field Active CPA license (required) Minimum 2 years of public accounting tax experience, with exposure to individual, corporate, and partnership returns Strong background in tax compliance, tax research, and preparing written technical memos Proven ability to supervise and develop junior team members in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset and a high standard of professionalism A bit about us:•Founded over three decades ago and based in Chandler, with another office in Scottsdale, we are a full-service public accounting firm that genuinely believes great accounting is built on relationships, not just numbers.
