At our firm, we are an established Covington, KY practice with a legacy of personalized service dating back to 1983. We successfully blend the warm culture of an independent local firm with the massive technical backing of the BDO Alliance USA. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, value close community connections, and want to make a tangible impact on local businesses, we want you on our team as a Tax Senior. Manage strict compliance and filing deadlines, ensuring all client tax milestones are clearly outlined and met. Perform complex tax research, succession planning analysis, and special technical advisory projects. Assist in supervising, training, and coaching staff accountants, cultivating a supportive team environment focused on continuous learning. Collaborate effectively across our practice groups-including audit, advisory, and client accounting services-to deliver comprehensive financial support. Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's in Taxation or Accountancy is a plus). A strong alignment with our core mission: demonstrating personalized care, valuing collaborative community impact, and maintaining an intellectual curiosity for business optimization. Professional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently convey tax strategies directly to business owners. Why Join Us?
