This one is about helping people build something new. You'll be joining a fast growing international accounting and tax firm that helps entrepreneurs from around the world establish and grow businesses in the United States. Their clients are ambitious business owners from Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico and across Latin America who need a trusted advisor to guide them through everything from launching a US company to ongoing tax planning and compliance. If you've worked with foreign owned businesses before, you'll know every client is a little different. That's exactly what makes this role interesting. This isn't a production line of straightforward returns. You'll be working with international clients, solving problems, advising on complex tax matters and becoming a genuine point of contact for businesses investing in the US. The role goes well beyond compliance, with plenty of opportunity to provide technical guidance and strategic advice on more complex tax issues. The client base is incredibly varied. You'll work with start ups taking their first steps into the US market, alongside established businesses across retail, real estate and a wide range of other industries. The firm is looking for someone who enjoys building relationships just as much as preparing tax returns. Someone who likes explaining complicated tax matters in plain English. Someone clients actually want to call. The role is predominantly remote, although they do want someone based in the Orlando area. You'll typically be in the office just once or twice a month, giving you the flexibility to work from home while still remaining connected to the team. They're looking for someone who already has: An active CPA licence Experience working with foreign owned businesses operating in the US Strong experience preparing and reviewing complex tax returns across Individuals, Partnerships, S Corporations and C Corporations The confidence to advise clients rather than simply prepare returns Fluent English is essential. Spanish or Portuguese would be a huge advantage, as many of the firm's clients are native speakers and being able to communicate with them naturally helps build long term relationships. The job description specifically highlights Portuguese or Spanish speakers as particularly desirable. This is a firm that embraces technology, encourages autonomy and gives experienced professionals the trust to do what they do best. No unnecessary micromanagement. No rigid office requirements. Just interesting clients, genuine flexibility and the opportunity to become an important part of a growing international business.
