An International Tax Analyst is responsible for documenting international components of an international organization's income tax return. Responsible for gathering and reviewing foreign income tax returns filed by foreign subsidiaries or branches of the organization. Will assist with the computation of earnings and profits and tax pools. May provide tax advice on international transactions and respond to tax questions raised by international operations.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the review of federal, state, and local tax filings prepared by outside advisors, including income, franchise, and sales and use tax returns.
- Manage the process for tax return distribution and investor K-1 delivery, ensuring all required deadlines are met.
- Coordinate tax submissions and related payments with the appropriate taxing authorities.
- Contribute to investor-focused tax reporting and assist in preparing tax estimate information.
- Research tax issues across federal and state jurisdictions and present clear guidance to internal business partners.
- Track legislative and regulatory developments and evaluate how changes may affect the organization and its investment structures.
- Support responses to tax audits, notices, and other matters involving tax authorities.
- Assist with tax provision work and related U.S. tax accounting analysis.
- Work collaboratively with accounting, investment, and other internal teams to support ongoing tax operations and special projects.
