With 1 to 4 years of experience, this role focuses on developing technical skills, applying sound judgment, and supporting the firm's mission of delivering personalized, high-value service. Job Responsibilities Client Service Prepare and review Federal, State, and Local tax returns Assist with tax research and planning projects Support clients in business planning and analysis Practice Development Identify opportunities to provide value-added services Deliver timely updates on tax and business issues Administrative/Practice Management Support partners in practice management activities Learn and apply the firm's accounting technology platforms Personal Development/Management Stay current on tax law and accounting updates Maintain CPE as required by state regulations Education/Training/Experience EA or CPA license required or in process or Equivalent Experience 1 to 4 years of experience in public accounting Familiarity with integrated tax/accounting software solutions Qualities/Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Client-focused with excellent interpersonal abilities Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
